Humbled to share a moment of authentic connection that our Chief Happiness Officer orchestrated during the all-hands this morning 🔥

We were asked to break into groups of 3 and share our 'biggest professional failure' with a complete stranger. Honnêtement, I was fascinated by the depth of vulnerability on display: 128 people revealing their career traumas to colleagues they only know from Slack emoji reactions. C'est connu : plus on partage ses échecs, plus on est performant, donc on va être hyper performants.

What struck me is that we then had to write our failures on a post-it and stick it on a 'wall of resilience' — which, by the way, is the same wall where we display our OKRs. So now we have a matrix of failure-to-objective alignment. Très synergique. The icebreaker lasted 45 minutes, which is 45 minutes less for actual work, but as we say, the culture is the product, right?
